2. What if the price changes after I've ordered ?
We constantly update our product range and prices. All our prices, are valid as shown on the website when you order. We'll confirm the amount payable before you complete your order. Even if the product price changes, you'll still be charged this amount.
3. Do I have to create an account with Creative Hand Nepal to purchase online?
You don't have to create an account to shop online with Creative Hand Nepal — you can shop as a guest. The information we require from guests is used to process your order, but is not stored for future purchases. Please Read our privacy policy.
4. Do you provide special orders?
Some items are special orders, non-stock items or longer lead time because they are manufactured to order. These orders situtations will have an note sent off, but if you do not receive it write us. Such items can take 1-4 weeks, depending upon the item. Long lead time items are usually noted as such.
5. Do you offer a refund if I am unsatisfied with an item?
Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. Refunds are not available on custom/special order/ wholesale items and associated set-up fees. However, we do issue refunds on items that are carried on a regular basis. The refundable amount will be the purchase price of the item less any shipping & handling charges. Also, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge which is also not refundable.

9. What happens if something I order is out of stock?
If something you order is Out of Stock, it will be put on backorder and we will do our best to notify you. Back order will be shipped unless you inform us otherwise. If you have a cancel date, please provide it at the Time you place your order.
10. Is my shipping purchased items be protected by insurance ?
It totally depends on your choice. Any item you purchase from us is excluding shipping and delivery cost, insurance, and other costs which relates to shipping and delivery process and safety during the process.
11. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Creative Hand Nepal is not responsible for replacing lost packages if UPS, Dhl , Fedex, Skynet, Tnt, Air Cargo, Sea cargo can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to insure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.
12. Are there minimums?
We have different minimum order quantity at both our wholesale and retail shopping carts .All of our products carry a minimum quantity. This means you may order no less that the minimums, however you can order any quantity larger than that started. For example, if you were interested in 10 pecs of our green Tara wooden statue, you may order that, or any amount above 3 . you'll probably want to buy more than one item..Especially since you will find shipping cost more economical with the more items you buy - the cost per unit weight of shipping goes down dramatically with weight.
13. How can I receive a catalog?
Our most up to date product and pricing information can always be found online. Since we are constantly adding new products and services to our website, we encourage our customers to visit our website often to check out our ever-changing portfolio of products and services.
14. Is there a price difference if I order in larger quantities as compared to fewer units?
Yes, the prices are based on the quantities ordered.

Your registration will expire if you don't activate your account within 30 days of submitting your registration, or if you don't access your account for 90 days.
18. Why do you want my email address / telephone number etc?
