1. US (Creative Hand Nepal Pvt Ltd) is the supplier of the goods.
2. “Buyer”, “user”, “you”, “your” refers to you as a customer placing an order with Creativehandnepal.com or you as a user of this Website.
3. “Goods/goods” or “Products/products” means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the Website
4. “Website”  or “site” refers to www.creativehandnepal.com, or any subsequent URL that may replace it, unless specifically referring to external sites
5. Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered, as stated on your Order
6. Delivery Fee means a fee for the delivery of Goods.
7. Order means a request by you to purchase Goods from Us under these T&C’s

Product Descriptions
Please do remember that handmade craft is not mass-produced and therefore slight variables in design and colour are always possible. 

Colours & Photographic Representation :
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours and photographic representation of items shown on this website, and to ensure they are a close and true representation of the item offered for sale. we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of the products means that there may be slight variation in color or size.

Sizing :
All sizes listed are the approximate dimensions of the opening.

Placing an Order :
To be able to buy Products you have to: Register by providing your real name and correct address, phone number, payment details and other required information: be at least 18 years of age.

Or Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description size color, quantities), then we will send you back our approval answer and ask you to proceed to the first deposit payment (check our 'payment method').Shipping & Handling Information :
All orders placed will be delivered after 15-25 working days from the day of ordering the product. If a cancel date is required, please provide one at time of order.

Minimum order :
We have different minimum order quantity at both our wholesale and retail shopping carts .All of our products carry a minimum quantity. This means you may order no less that the minimums, however you can order any quantity larger than that started. For example, if you were interested in 10 pcs of our green Tara wooden statue, you may order that, or any amount above 3 . you'll probably want to buy more than one item..Especially since you will find shipping cost more economical with the more items you buy - the cost per unit weight of shipping goes down dramatically with weight.

Price Policy

1. All prices are in US Dollars.
2. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Prices for the products do not include charges for shipping and handling .Separate charges for shipping, and handling   will be shown when you place your order.
4. We make every effort to be accurate with our pricing.

Price Match Policy

It's our goal to provide you with the lowest possible price. If a competitor has an item available online at a lower final price. (after  tax and Packing), we will beat it by 5%.  Good times!

Wholesale Price :
Our wholesale Price varies based on the type of Product and the total order value. You will be required to sign in to see your wholesale prices.

Errors on Pricing :
Creative Hand Nepal  will try to make sure that pricing information on the Online Shop is correct. Occasionally however prices may not be correct. If the correct price is lower than the price stated on the Online Shop, Creative Hand Nepal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed  If the correct price is higher than the price stated in the Online Shop, Creative Hand Nepal  will notify you by phone or email of the correct price. In case you wish to cancel your order you have to notify Creative Hand Nepal . Creative Hand Nepal does not have to supply products at a price that is not correct.

Sale Items
Please note the purchase of any sale item is final and cannot be returned / exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Payment Confirmation :
If you send us payment by PayPal or 2checkout, once we received your payment, we will confirm your payment within approximately 1 business day. Before that, your order status will remain "Awaiting Payment". For payment by bank transfer and Western Union payment, please be noted that we can process your payment only if we got your correct payment information. If you failed to submit us the information online, please write us the information to info@creativehandnepal.com

Shipping Policy :
Shipping Destinations Delivery: creative Hand Nepal delivers to all international destinations.

Choose a Shipping Method:
You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing,  and Shipping,  during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from: courier, Air cargo And Sea Cargo

Insurance :
We strongly recommend insurance on Sea Cargo orders. You can protect your package against loss or damage during shipping with insurance You can have your products insured by the cargo company. It costs 3% of the total order value. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders caused by the shipping companies.

Order Cancellation:
If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order. You can cancel an order  within 48 hours of placing it  After that 48 hour the order is sent into production and can't be cancelled. Note: All special orders including custom-made, tailor-made, plus size and personal name, slogan or logo imprinted items must be paid in full at time of order and may NOT be cancelled once your merchandise is under preparation.

Return Policy :
Returns for online items can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, therefore we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment. View our detailed Returns and Exchange Policy.....

Delays
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or service(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, for example War,Flood,Fire Strikes, , Virus disease , material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

When you visit Creative Hand Nepal or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. The term 'spamming' refers to transmitting, distributing or delivering any unwanted e-mail correspondence, especially in mass quantities, thru the electronic means of communication. We do not spam. We will e-mail you only in regards to a current order, or We do send mail to our private customer base once in a great while to those customers who subscribed themselves to our mailing list.  If, at any time, you do not want to receive any e-mails other than order information, just let us know and we will remove your contact information. Please note that it's unfortunately possible for spammers and computer viruses to "spoof" legitimate email addresses. If you receive a suspicious email that purports to be from us, do not open it.
