We have different minimum order quantity at both our wholesale and retail shopping carts .All of our products carry a minimum quantity. Why was my item/order cancelled
Your order was most likely cancelled because sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

How do I change the shipping method

Why is my tracking number invalid
The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes. The shipping company hasn't updated the recent delivery information to their website.The tracking code was not correct. The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will renmove the tracking code history.If you cannot find a a tracking number after a long time, you can contact us.

Would you please declare the item with lower price for me please
Please kindly note that we will declare the package at lower value to avoid tax and most of them are safe. In case tax is charged by the Customs, customers will be responsible for the tax. Please check if you should pay any duty fee in your country. You are responsible of it, if it is required.
What is your return policy
