Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!

What happens if something I order is out of stock
If something you order is Out of Stock, it will be put on back-order and we will do our best to notify you. Back order will be shipped unless you inform us otherwise. If you have a cancel date, please provide it at the Time you place your order.
Are there minimums
We have different minimum order quantity at both our wholesale and retail shopping carts .All of our products carry a minimum quantity. This means you may order no less that the minimums, however you can order any quantity larger than that started. For example, if you were interested in 10 pecs of our green Tara wooden statue, you may order that, or any amount above 3 . you'll probably want to buy more than one item..Especially since you will find shipping cost more economical with the more items you buy - the cost per unit weight of shipping goes down dramatically with weight.
Why was my item/order cancelled
Your order was most likely cancelled because sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue you a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Who pays the transfer fee for offline payments
Buyers are responsible for all fees charged by their local banks, Money Gram or Western Union agents.

Why is my tracking number invalid
The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes. The shipping company hasn't updated the recent delivery information to their website.The tracking code was not correct. The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will renmove the tracking code history.If you cannot find a a tracking number after a long time, you can contact us.
If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?

Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may be incurred during the shipping process. Would you please declare the item with lower price for me please
Please kindly note that we will declare the package at lower value to avoid tax and most of them are safe. In case tax is charged by the Customs, customers will be responsible for the tax. Please check if you should pay any duty fee in your country. You are responsible of it, if it is required.
Is my shipping purchased items be protected by insurance
It totally depends on your choice. Any item you purchase from us is excluding shipping and delivery cost, insurance, and other costs which relates to shipping and delivery process and safety during the process.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we would be happy to assist you in filing a claim with your Shipping Company. Please contact Us.

What is your return policy
If you received the wrong product, faulty or damaged item, please email support@creativehandnepal.com within 30 days of the order date. We will gladly offer returns on new unused item(s) in original packaging within 30 days from your purchase date if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase. Buyer will bear all return shipping costs. All returned items will be throughly inspected and items must be unused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. How do I exchange my item(s)

What are non-returnable items

To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it.
